1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and acewin8 ("acewin8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the acewin8 website located at acewin8.win and all associated products and services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and the rewards programme.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the acewin8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the acewin8 platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the acewin8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. acewin8 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered acewin8 account. Multiple accounts, including accounts opened by family members sharing the same device or IP address, may be subject to investigation and suspension.
• Self-Excluded Persons: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services are prohibited from registering or using the acewin8 platform.
• Employees: Employees of acewin8, its subsidiaries, and affiliated technology or gaming providers are prohibited from holding a member account.

3 Account Registration

To access acewin8 services, you must register a member account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and subsequently is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

• Identity Verification (KYC): acewin8 is required to verify the identity of all members. You must provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acewin8 login credentials. acewin8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. Notify acewin8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account Closure: You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting acewin8 customer support. acewin8 may withhold account closure pending the resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the acewin8 platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). acewin8 supports the following payment methods: FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM20, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. acewin8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified members are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. acewin8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing in the event of an ongoing investigation.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your acewin8 account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of unlawful activity. acewin8 is required to report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Inactive Account Fees: acewin8 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance charge to accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, following prior notification to the registered email address.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on acewin8 is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or sports market, as displayed within the respective product interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: acewin8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that acewin8 reasonably suspects were placed using insider information, were the result of a technical error, or were placed in breach of these Terms.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error) in any odds or casino game outcome displayed on acewin8, acewin8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live Betting: Decisions made during live in-play betting are final once confirmed. Connectivity issues on the part of the user do not constitute grounds for voiding a placed live bet.
• Casino Game Outcomes: All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. acewin8 does not interfere with game outcomes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

acewin8 offers various promotional bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and the specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated clearly within each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each member is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. acewin8 may use technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate bonus claims.
• Promotional Abuse: acewin8 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an account, if it determines that a member has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: acewin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to member accounts in good faith.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acewin8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age
• Opening or operating more than one acewin8 member account
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on the basis of insider or non-public information
• Collusion between players in casino games
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during KYC verification

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the acewin8 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game titles, graphical elements, software, databases, and written content — is the exclusive property of acewin8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any acewin8 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any acewin8 platform content without prior written authorisation from acewin8.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acewin8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the acewin8 platform
• Technical errors, system downtime, or connectivity failures beyond acewin8's reasonable control
• Losses arising from authorised or unauthorised use of your acewin8 account credentials
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or casino game played on the platform
• Changes to odds, markets, or game offerings

acewin8 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. acewin8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

10 Privacy & Data

acewin8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an acewin8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communication of promotional offers.

acewin8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulations under which acewin8 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the acewin8 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by acewin8's operating licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the acewin8 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and acewin8 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
